You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Exchange of items
Shipping back to our studio in Berlin will be paid by the costumer. Shipping of the new exchange item will be paid by the costumer as well.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
Processing an order takes up to 7 days. Please be patient.

in a case of a lost of a package - you can choose a refund or another delivery. (only after 60 business days since package sent)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
After package has shipped - you'll receive an email with the tracking number!
orders under 15 euros may not have a tracking number. but will arrive to destination as usual!
***** Please track your package on your local courier websites. Some couriers do not send information by sms or by mail, it's your responsibility to check and track your order. If you don't pick up your package on time, the package will be delivered back to my studio. I would love to send back again but - the new shipping cost would be charged again.
Pick up from Berlin
After choosing pick up from Berlin, you'll receive an email with all the address and related details. (Please check your spam folder via email)
It's possible to pick up 24h after the order was placed. If you want to pick up your order in the same day, no problem, just reply back and ask me :)
Please try to pick up your order as soon as you can. If you didn't answered my email, I would send a second & last reminder. No refunds on order you didn't pick up over 4 months.
